SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORIS.- Abreu Frías de 16 años fue escogida recientemente como reina de las fiestas patronales Santa Ana 2011 en elección realizada en la discoteca Yudull de esta ciudad.
Es estudiante del tercer año del colegio Renacimiento donde ha sido reconocida en varas ocasiones como estudiante meritoria de esta prestigiosa institución educativa.
Vianel Abreu sustituye a la señorita Yulianna Santiago quien realizó una loable labor durante su gestión de un año.
La señorita Vianel Abreu Frias agredeció a los miembros del jurado su escogencia como nueva madrina de los Gigantes del Cibao.
“Para mi ser la madrina de los Gigantes del Cibao me llena de orgullo y satisfacción ya que seré la imagen femenina del equipo a nivel nacional ”afirmó.
“Estoy cien por ciento segura que ser la madrina de los Gigantes será una experiencia inolvidable en su vida”
“Con dios por delante estoy muy positiva de que este año al igual que en los anteriores nuestro equipo va a dar los mejor para clasificar y convertirse en los próximos campeones nacionales del béisbol invernal”.
Se informó que Vianel Abreu Frías será posecionada como la nueva madrina del equipo en una interesante rueda de prensa a efectuarse en el hotel las Caobas antes del 14 de octubre.
